Consistently good experience

This is my second time ordering from ResetSmile. I got a lower partial denture last year, and just recently ordered a new storage case and some impression putty. What I like is how consistent the quality is. My first partial has held up really well, still fits great. This time, the impression putty was exactly the same as before, easy to work with. Delivery has always been reliable, usually within the timeframe they give. It's why I keep coming back instead of looking elsewhere for my dental needs. No surprises, which is what you want with this kind of product.

Good quality, easy process

I ordered an upper partial denture a few weeks ago. The dental impression kit arrived quickly, maybe 3-4 days after I ordered it. The instructions for taking the impressions were clear, and I watched their video online too just to be sure. Sent it back, and the actual partial arrived about 3 weeks later. The fit is pretty good, comfortable enough for daily wear. It feels secure and the color matches my other teeth well. Cleaning is straightforward with the appliance cleaner I also bought. Customer support was helpful when I had a question about the return label for the impression kit. Overall, it was a smooth experience.

Worked out great

Needed a replacement tooth for a gap. Got the custom dental flipper from these guys. Super easy to do the mold at home. I was a bit nervous about it but it was fine. Got the flipper back and it fits right. Looks natural. Happy with it.

Are these comfortable enough to eat with? Or do you have to take them out every time you want to eat something?

L Laura R. 2 months ago
You can totally eat with them! That's one of the main points. Takes a little getting used to, like any dental appliance, but they're made for it.

yeah you can eat with them. just make sure to clean them good afterwards. they are designed for daily wear including meals.

Is ResetSmile actually legit? Seems almost too good to be true, doing all this without going to a dentist.

S Steve W. 2 months ago
They are legit. I got my bottom partial from them last year and it's holding up well. It's not like going to an office, but the quality is good for what it is.

B Brett 2 months ago
Yeah, definitely legit. It's a direct-to-consumer model, so that's why it skips the office visit part. They use professional grade stuff though.

Anyone know if their military discount applies to spouses or just active duty/veterans themselves?

J Josh Lindqvist 1 month ago
Afaik it's usually for the service member/vet directly, but some places extend it to spouses. You'd probably have to ask their support directly to be 100% sure.

I think it's usually just for the military personnel. Best to contact them and confirm though, rules vary.

Do they take HSA or FSA for these? My dental insurance doesn't really cover much for this kind of thing but I have some flex spending I could use.

T Tara Nguyen 2 months ago
Yeah, I used my FSA for mine! Just double-check with your provider to be super sure, but it should be fine. It's a medical expense.

I think they do. Most dental stuff like this qualifies for HSA/FSA, so I'd be surprised if they didn't. Worth a quick check on their site or with your plan admin.

How do these compare to like, Pop On Veneers or something similar? I just need to fill a gap, not looking for a full smile makeover.

C Cody L. 1 month ago
ResetSmile is for actual missing teeth, like a partial denture. Pop On Veneers are more about covering your existing teeth for cosmetics. So if you have a gap from a missing tooth, ResetSmile is what you want, not veneers.

They're different. ResetSmile fills in actual missing teeth. Pop On Veneers just go over your existing teeth to change their look. So if you have a gap, ResetSmile is the correct product.

I have a coupon code from an email signup, but I also saw something about a free impression kit promo. Can I use both?

G Greg Romero 2 months ago
Usually, you can only use one discount code at a time. The impression kit discount might apply separately, but a percentage off code probably won't stack with another one. Check their coupon policy on the site, but typically it's one per order.

I don't think you can stack codes. Most places only let you use one discount. So it's either the email discount or the free kit if that's a separate code.

what if the impression kit messes up? like i'm not good at these kinds of things. will they send another one?

M Mark G. 2 months ago
Don't worry, they usually guide you pretty well. And if it's really messed up, they'll send you a new one. Just follow the instructions carefully.

R Renee Kim 2 months ago
I messed mine up the first time trying to be too fast. They sent another kit no problem. Just reach out to them if you're not sure about your impression.

Hey guys, thinking about getting one of these partials. How long does the whole process usually take from ordering the kit to getting the final product?

P Phil 1 month ago
From what I remember, the impression kit gets to you pretty quick, then you send it back. The actual partial production takes a few weeks after they get your molds. So like, maybe a month total, give or take.

P Paula Osei 1 month ago
yeah it's a few weeks for the partial once they have your impressions, so plan for that. not instant but way faster than a regular dentist imo.
